The Record
Prove your discipline. In public.
Pick one small thing you will do every day, whatever your mood. Write it down. Check in daily. Your streak is visible, so you stay honest.
How it works
Three steps. Ten seconds a day.
Write your discipline
One small thing you will do every day, whatever your mood. One sentence. Specific, small, yes or no.
Check in daily
Kept it or missed it, in ten seconds. A missed day is written down, not hidden. Never miss twice.
Show your streak
Your streak goes on the public wall. Others see it, and so do you. A daily reminder keeps you honest if you want one.

Questions
Common questions.
- What counts as a discipline?
- One small action you can do on your worst day. "Walk for 30 minutes before 8:00." "Write 200 words before email." If it is not yes or no, make it smaller and clearer.
- What happens if I miss a day?
- You check in as missed. Your streak resets, your total stays, and you start again the next day. Honesty is the whole point.
- Who can see what?
- Your display name, city, discipline and streak are public on the wall. Your email is never shown. You can delete your account and everything with it at any time.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. It is free.
- Why is Samar doing this?
- Because telling people to be disciplined is easy. He holds a discipline in public too, and his streak is the first one on the wall.
